Or, y'know, some of us already do work as writers and editors, but in fields where writing fiction can get you fired. Or fined so hard that our grandchildren will be paying the debt. Or put in jail.

Some of us might write fanfiction just for funsies and just to do some different kind of writing.

Just sayin'.

Whoa, what fields of writing would you get in trouble for writing fiction? I've never heard of this before. Are you not even allowed to write it with pen names...and technically wouldn't that mean you aren't allowed to write fan fiction?

I'm very, very interested in this.
