Um..some of us watch Let's Plays because we don't really have the money to buy 60 dollars per fuckin' game. Steam makes it cheap, yes, but you do have to get a PC that can run games first. The latter can be pretty expensive and/or time consuming. Let's Play, which are free, are a little bit more economical. Especially if one is curious about the game and not sure if they want to drop some money on it.

Let's Plays are essentially an extension of "Go play a game at your friend's house." Expect for Friends, it's strangers. If you think there isn't anything wrong with people doing that with friends, then you shouldn't have a problem with let's plays.

You still get the canon. You still to experience the story. Why does it matter how you get there?

Also, way to throw in that misogynistic attitude at women at the end. It's not like there are guys who do the same thing.

I understand why video games sometimes have a MC with weak characterization, especially RPGs, but yeah I'm kind of tired of the insert-able protagonists myself. I've find it a lot more fun when a MC has a fun personality and does stuff that doesn't match up with how I think.

Period blood does not have a scent of hydrogen sulfide to it. Dead bodies do. It depends on the degree to which they have rotten, of course, but generally the scent is not due to blood being spilt (if it is spilt at all), it is due to autolysis (self-digestion) and/or rotting of the soft tissues. Because of autolysis, the bodies may smell with faeces and the like, but mostly the smell appears after they rot - you can get the general idea by smelling rotten meat+eggs.

But I like your way of thinking, OP.

Thank you. I would never have even thought of writing original fiction all on my own! Now that I know, I will do it right away and stop writing fanfiction. After all, I was only writing it because you hadn't come into my life yet, and it had never occurred to me that I could write anything else.

I mean, it's not like I actually enjoy writing fanfiction for established canons, and it's certainly not like I enjoy being able to reach an interested, eager audience immediately without the frustration and hassle of publishing and marketing. Right? That would just be silly!
