Tara told her at the start of Tabula Rasa that altering her memories was akin to what Glory had put her through in s5, and Willow so earnestly promised she'd ease up on the magic using. And the very next scene after the credits was Willow blithely using magic once again to rape Tara's mind once again. This was waaaay before they retconned it to addiction, so how does one watch Willow so eagerly violate the minds and free will of her friends and STILL find something worthwhile in her character?

Magic was Willow's tool, like computer hacking used to be, never her master.
