This. So much this. The type of humor should theoretically be right up my alley, but I hated both episodes I saw of the show.

"The type of humor should theoretically be right up my alley."

This. I marathoned the first season and I liked it, but not in a laugh-out-loud type of way. I kept saying to myself "this is clever and well-made", but somehow it just didn't grab me. It's totally my type of humor, all the right elements are there, but it's more like I appreciate it in a theoretical type of way, instead of finding it purely entertaining.
