At this point a house, any house, that is mine and a standalone would be ideal ;__;

But dream house....hmm, not too big, but with nice solid high fences and I prefer brickwork and for it to have one of those walls that come out from the building and curve around so it has a sheltered porch. Prefer more backyard than front yard - but I don't want the backyard too big. My current rental has a backyard of an okay size. Space for a dog, a line, chicken pen if I wanted and a garden. oh and a shed, not necessarily for a car.

I'd prefer one level with 2 or 3 bedrooms. Bathroom and toilet separate. Laundry separate. Loungeroom at back of house and leading to backyard. Half of it tiled for coolness. Patio would be nice
Dining room and kitchen up front of house. Tiles in both. Electric heating/cooking, no gas (I've had gas scares).

Due to living situation and unliklihood of owning nice land, townhouses are growing on me with their private courtyards. As long as it's a stand alone with no stratas and its mine and I can own it. Maybe one day ;_;
