Location is ideally on the beach somewhere, although near the beach with a view of the ocean is also fine.

I really only have 2 requirements other than that.
1) A library. Wall-to-wall, floor to ceiling bookshelves, complete with rolling ladder. Some of them will have glass-fronted doors, for displaying various art pieces and/or memorabilia.

2) A garage with a full workshop setup. Endmill, Lathe, drill press, 3D printer, lots of desk space, the works.

Oh, and less important, but some of the garage would also be turned into a gym. Free weights, built in pull up bar, squat rack, and so on.
