Ooh. Okay, let's see. On the smaller side - too big means too hard to clean. I'd want hardwood floors throughout, bathroom aside. Really colourful mosaic tiles for the bathroom and kitchen, along with lots of nice counter space in the kitchen (with a colourful quartz counter - Caeserstone is the nicest, even if they don't have nice colours any more ;_; ) and lots of cupboard space, plus dedicated space for pots and pans *glares at current kitchen cabinets* Filtered water. LOTS of light, both natural light and artificial light for night. Furniture that all fits my texture requirements, and lots of nice rugs (particularly cotton - NO wool or silk!). A heap of art on the walls! Not just paintings, other things too. Generally open-plan, aside from my bedroom and bathroom, but divided up so there's a dining area, a study area, a lounge area (with a sofa bed), et cetera.

Main thing will be LOTS. OF. COLOUR.

Especially orange, yellow, and purple. Some pink and blue, mostly vibrant shades like cerise and ultramarine. Delicious colour!
