Disabled access - no stairs (except for in the walk-in bath). Big, airy windows. A large kitchen with lots of bench space and cupboards, and benches about four inches higher than my current kitchen so I can use them without getting a back ache. A yard that's completely enclosed by the house, like a courtyard. Fairly open-plan. Enough bedrooms for all three of us plus a spare one for guests. Big enough main living area for three computers and several bookshelves.
