Brilliant. Little johnny-no fun campaigner manages to do the very thing they were whining about. Eventually spoiler warnings become specific enough they always give away what the warner is trying to conceal.

Still.

"Warning: Some secrets are NOT worksafe and may contain SPOILERS." To the both of you.

Through LJ somehow, and not long after it started.

Tangled was lovely, and I recommend it. Frozen (which is the one that's coming out) looks kind of iffy, and I call it "Tangled on Ice" so I totally understand you getting the names mixed up. :)

Something Awful's thread on it like four years ago? I don't remember the year. I didn't really start commenting on secrets until last year.

I really don't know, I just sort of stumbled across it, maybe via google or Lj. Probably Lj.

Livejournal, a long time ago. Actually, I think my sister pointed it out to me.

I found F!S... god, about three and a half years ago? I honestly have no memory of HOW I found it, I just got kind of addicted to reading secrets (without commenting) and then started to comment.

Three plan buddies. Like this we can rule.

I didn't like it at all. I thought it was pretty boring overall and there were some scenes where the animation didn't feel as finished as other parts...oh wait snowman? I haven't seen Frozen and I probably won't because I didn't like Tangled.

If it makes you feel better, in that last line I mixed Tangled and Frozen up three times.

I don't find it creepy. Lonely, yes.

(Anonymous) 2013-11-26 01:02 am (UTC)(link)
Don't forget that this 17 year girl is actually smarter than Holmes because she appreciates/gets areas of study that he doesn't.

(Anonymous) 2013-11-26 01:02 am (UTC)(link)
THIS all of this. OP's secret is exactly why I don't like most adaptations -- Granada's Holmes was the closest to Canon-compliant I've seen -- and they did include his "great heart."

1. A big orange fluffy fleece sweatshirt; it's so nice and cozy, and it fits over other sweaters, so I can layer it when it's cold.

2. I have two so far; three nautical stars on the back of my neck, for personal reasons, and a tattoo that says "You are the captain of your own ship" around my ankle. (It's something my dad says a lot, and I eventually decided to get it as a tattoo because I like it.) I'm looking at maybe adding a tattoo of a ship in this or this style, and/or this quote (if I can figure out how to make it work, as it's kind of long): "I love the sea. The sea is everything. It is an immense desert, where man is never alone, for he can feel life stirring all around him. The sea sweeps you in wonderful and supernatural existence. It is the endless living. Only here is independence. Only here I am free."

3. The one from a year (or two?) ago about the girl who wanted Twilight but got HDM instead. I still hope that that was a troll. |D

Sometime the year it started on LJ. I had real life friends who read it. They're not here anymore.

Heh. Probably should've said "recent" movies because I do like a lot of Disney and Pixar movies, but not really any of the recent ones that fandom is all over.

Why is it that whenever someone gets spoiled -- even if they show no malice or anger (à la me, in this case) -- someone comes along to quote that warning? I don't need you to inform me of its presence, and the original commentor probably doesn't need your name-calling either.

That sounds equal parts hilarious and horrifying OMG.

if it's a personal blog, then I don't see the issue...my url has my name in it and I haven't had any complaints

(Anonymous) 2013-11-26 01:04 am (UTC)(link)
And she's always moaning about how her Very Important religious studies are interrupted by pesky crime and mysteries where Holmes needs her help.

OP

I have both the wii games and I really enjoy those, but I agree that HMDs is the best. (I am somewhat biased though because HMDS was actually my first HM game and it holds some nostalgia for me, haha.) I do LIKE Islands of Happiness, I enjoy the new villagers, an the rebuilding the town aspect is cool since it gives you something more to do with all the money you make, haha. I was kind of sad that Kai didn't get to be one of the recurring FOMT characters though! it was cool seeing the others, but given you see Popuri it's a bit strange to me that Kai isn't with her, given if they get married she goes travelling WITH him. I havent played any of the new DS games since I only have a standard DS and can't really afford to get the newer one. I really want to play them though! they look really good

(I'm a little sad though that the graphics have been getting consistently.. cuter/prettier? don't get me wrong I like pretty characters as much as the next person, but I always loved how in DS Cute that not all the bachelors were young and pretty. Carter and Griffin are significantly older, Gustafa has that giant nose, why cant we get more bachelors like that?)

Mine was Grey! c: Although I also really like Kai

Yep. Watson bashing is a no-go in my book. Totally against the spirit of the stories.
