Doctor is really cute haha, I like how earnest he is about health. I always felt a little bad about romancing him though, since I also like Ellie a lot and her crush on him was always really obvious to me, haha.
Honestly, the summer thing was always part of the appeal for me! in mfomt, since there's no goddess rescuing getting married is super easy and with the other bachelors you could marry them within the first year if you really tried. I like that with Kai it takes a little longer.

Maybe I should play it again now that I'm older and try for Kai; I mostly played it when I was younger and was kind of annoyed by how long it would take for Kai.

you should! :D I didn't get my hands on mfomt until I was out of highschool, and since I HAD played HMDS, Kai was the one I was the most familiar with - and I'd had the boy version so at that point being able to marry him at ALL was awesome, so I didn't mind the waiting so much, hahaha.
