Nope. You could even use "themostawesomebobintheworld" and people on tumblr would think you were being ironic. It's almost impossible to come across self centered that way.

So, go ahead. Plus, it would make it easier for people you know to remember your tumblr if you put your name in it. They already know your name. The rest will fill itself in the blanks.
