...What, it's an Australian thing. They're a brand of ice cream - vanilla, chocolate, toffee, and honeycomb biscuity stuff. There's this amazing company called Mad Hatter Cupcakery (warning, video on autoplay) which makes vegan cupcakes, they have one that uses that flavour profile, and they are TO DIE FOR.
