I'm from WV. And this sounds like a fun idea. It would be fun, right up to the moment the WV character appeared in the form of a barefoot, inbred, imbecilic, moonshine-swilling, shotgun-toting, relative-raping, sub-human monster with no teeth.

At which point, I would once again want my state to secede from the union and go join Canada or something.
