The thing about tv-hot is that people who would be so attractive in an every day context become so bland and indistinguishable on television (I'm thinking everyone on the CW, save perhaps Sam and Dean).

I like that Darren Criss is different looking (and also incredibly hot).

Can someone explain to me where's the fun in watching playthroughs? I love playing videogames, but I don't see how watching other people play can be entertaining.

...So I might possibly be one of those people who scour through youtube to find good PSAs. I know it's a weird hobby. Anyway, just so you know, there are other interesting PSA like this one too.

Anyway, yeah, I always wondered about the things you mention too. I never request things be written for short videos though. In fact, I didn't really know short videos had a fandom. I do know strings of commercials have fandoms, like Flo from Progressive. But one video? Well, that's something new.

Good luck with finding fanworks. I think you'll need it.

New York has a tiny malformed twin growing out of its side named New York City, and whenever anyone talks to New York they talk to New York City instead. New York's all, "GUYS I'M NOT JUST RAPPERS AND MOBSTERS, I ALSO GROW APPLES AND HAVE BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAINS TO HIKE IN", but nobody listens to him.

It doesn't seem that surprising that this would be true. Given that you are a random anon secret-submitting fandom person, odds are your fic tastes align somewhere with average fandom fic tastes. Odds are then that things you dislike are also disliked by many other people. So those things (such as rapefic) are more likely to get comments from people who hate those things. So those authors are more likely to flounce as a result of said comments.

I think it's mostly people who believe everyone is either Good or Bad who tend to feel that way about entertainers and whether you're Allowed to like their stuff.
