Where are all these surprise incest? I... don't think I've ever encountered surprise incest? Unless you count Angel Sanctuary, but that's not really a surprise, it's a major plot point.

Yeah. I've seen exactly one case of surprise incest in manga - 2001 Nights, in the early Lucifer chapters, the Russian twins started making out pretty much out of nowhere. Elsewise, if there's incest, it's pretty much front and centre from the start.
