Yeah, infidelity is one of my most iron-clad backbuttons too.

Not totally iron-clad -- I enjoy some infidelity (if it's well-written and convincing) where A/B are my OTP and B cheats on A with C because I have a big jealousy kink. But unless it's supported by actual canon, I cannot fucking stand it when A/B are my OTP, B and C are married, and B cheats on C with A because ~their love is so pure they are totes justified in cheating~ Being the product of cheating automatically makes A/B an invalid pairing in my eyes, which is not something I want to happen to my OTP, and the infidelity-apologism and victim-of-infidelity-blaming that usually happens in these kinds of fics is utterly disgusting. (I'm sure there are a few scenarios where I would be okay with it, but none are occurring to me at the moment).
