(Side note 1: There was a Sailor Moon fighting game that had a Candyland stage, with flan at various points in the background. If and only if you used Sailor Jupiter -- the "slow bruiser" character -- and had her suplex enemies, the flan would jiggle. Said suplex was a slow grab attack on an already poky character in a game with picky collision detection, and using it exclusively made the stage practically twice as long to get through. That did not matter.

Side note 2: The 7th image down in GIS for "flan jiggle gif" managed to be nsfw AND related to flan WITHOUT using boobs. Oh, Internet.)
