What I hate the most about it is that the show will NEVER address this. Sure it's supposed to be a family show, but look at everything that's gone on in said family show. Of course too since they killed Graham so early on it just further proves that they're all too happy to sweep it under the rug and pretend it never happened.

And people can argue about their Storybrooke relationship all they want (even if Graham still didn't have his heart nor his memory and therefore couldn't give informed consent) - but I'm honestly afraid for anyone who looks at the scene of Regina ripping out the Huntsman's heart and telling her guards to take him to her bedchamber (with the Huntsman refusing all the while) and doesn't see that as a prelude to rape.
