Regina's a bad person and it'd be ridiculous to think the things she has done we're okay. But it's hard to stay mad when it's like the rest of the show has forgotten. I feel like these writers drop everything and the old storylines don't even exist. Hell it never even dealt with what she did to the Sheriff.

^^ This. The show has quite clearly forgotten the worst of her evil deeds - and the ones they do show are in the name of more sympathy for current!Regina. Yes, she was truly, truly, evil, but the rest of the show has just moved on. Especially since the characters themselves have canonically hand-waved their entire existence in post curse Storybrooke, the fact that Regina raped and killed Graham in that context is basically moot at this point.
