There's people who do that anyways. They only repost stuff.

I will never understand what's the point of this, unless it's a blog about a certain topic/character and is trying to collect the best posts about the subject.

Trying to collect the best posts for your own personal enjoyment, so that as long as you have internet access you can skim through them anywhere, anytime? People use Pintrest for the same reasons, and Tumblr gives them the ability to collect text, music, and video content as well as images.

I have friends who I share a lot of the stuff I collect on Tumblr with.
I also just like to browse that stuff, and share it with my followers that haven't seen it, in turn.

Although I do post my own content, too.
