soy when I can afford it cause I'm lactose intolerant. skim most of the time. I won't claim skim is the best tasting, but it's the healthiest.

Do you have Dollar Tree where you are? They sell a 32oz carton for $1, and if your local one doesn't stock it, you can buy a case (http://www.dollartree.com/household/food/drinks/WestSoy-Organic-Low-Fat-Plain-Soymilk-Drink-32-oz-/500c515c516p296076/index.pro?method=search) and have it shipped to the store for free. It's not my favorite soy milk, but it's decent.
