Skim, because I think milkfat is gross-tasting. I'll drink 1% though. I was raised on 1% and have always thought 2% was nasty.

Frankly I think 90% or more of the answers are/will be "this because it's what I was raised on". ime almost everyone forms their milk preference that way.
