Exercise videos

Can you recommend some links to some free workout videos? Beginner level mostly, since I'm just starting out. Preferably ones without any special equipment needed. I've been browsing YouTube but there are just so many it's overwhelming. Any type - if you love it link it!

Disco Sweat is literally my favorite.

DA

I would like to second any of the 'Sweatin' to the Oldies' or really any of the Richard Simmons videos. They get made fun of a lot but they are stupid fun and really get you moving. And absolutely perfect for beginners!

The Seven Minute Scientific Workout is rather intense, but some fitness enthusiasts I know swear by it and recced it to me. I am horribly out of shape and kind of gave up partway through so I wouldn't start with it, but I'm keeping it bookmarked for when I get better. It also doesn't need any specialized equipment, just a floor, a wall, and something stair-like.

I am also horribly out of shape but I'm totally bookmarking this for later!

Youtube Spark People. I really like their 10 minute workouts. I combine 1-2 videos at a time.

Thank you!

"Booty shaking waist workout"--no equipment, a bit of light cardio, and some good exercize for your core and sides. Ten minutes, which is just the right length for me

I also like the 'blogilaes' channel; most of the workouts don't use anything other than a yoga mat and maybe hand weights, they're a good length for me, and she somehow manages to be perky without pissing me off (ymmv though, lol). There's a variety of workouts from easy to hard, but you can start with any marked 'beginner'.

Thank you for the blogilates mention! I've been dl-ing the vids and pouring over the website and am ready to start her "beginners challenge" tomorrow. And you're right, she manages to be perky without being annoying.
