I think people speak out against both. To me, Hannibal/Will is a bit more palatable because there is no physical mutilations to it (more mind fucking and Hannibal being interested in finding out what makes Will tick. Ramsay just gets off on torturing Theon), but both relationships are fucked up.

If you like messed up ships, I can see why you'd be drawn to either pairings. Still, one can hope you know they aren't healthy and irl unacceptable to the highest degree.
