...I know a couple of people said having the two girls in the middle is gross, which I understand because of the mention of kink- but honestly, my first reaction to them was "d'aww, they're so cute~"

No idea what the other one is from though. You might have some luck with cropping and reverse image searching though.

The two characters you're looking for are Sarah McDougal from Love Hina on the left and Miria Marigold Mackenzie from Jewelpets Twinkle on the right.

(For those curious, I'm pretty sure the girl on the far left is part of a erotic doujinshi called Viva Freedom!!, which has a Japanese flag inspired girl, too. No clue about the one on far right, though.)
