I chalk it up to the ASOIAF fandom being boring, uptight, judgmental, and vanilla as fuck (which is hilarious considering how horrid and fucked up the source material is). Conversely, the Hannibal fandom celebrates and thrives off kink.

Preach it, sister. I don't understand how a canon as twisted as ASOIAF has such a bland fandom. Requiring trigger warnings for fucking prompts??? How did these people even manage to read the books or watch the show with their fragile sensibilities?
