Once, one of my classmates upset me so much, I ended up having a breakdown and explaining my anxiety while I cried and huddled up in a little ball. Bad enough that I had a breakdown in the middle of class, but to start spouting nonsense about my mental condition as if I wanted sympathy ... urgh. Thank God that was near the end of the school year and we are now totally removed from each other's lives.
