Everything? I mean, the snow, the wool blankets on the bed and the tinkle ice makes when it falls off trees after a storm, and Christmas Bird Counts and the thick spicy hot chocolate that the local coffee place only makes in winter. The meteor shower on my father's birthday. Going to cut down a tree (my family still does this) and bringing in greens from outside to make into garlands, and digging out the boxes of fifty-year-old blown glass ornaments. And my grandmother's potica bread, and the smell of incense at Christmas Mass, and the hymn "s'nami Bog" on Christmas Eve. And shopping for gifts, wrapping gifts, unwrapping gifts, watching Jane Austen movies with my parents after dinner. And toasting the New Year, and going to Holy Supper on Epiphany Eve and mocking the terrible food.
