Seek out art critique forums. They usually have some linked resources for perspective and anatomy exercises, and if you have a tablet/way to put your art online they'll be the first to tell you exactly what you've done wrong and even redline it for you so you can fix it in the future.

Oddly enough, 4chan has a pretty good board for it... though there are others.

I'll look into those. I don't know if I'm brave enough to actually show my sad beginner attempts to other people but I'll remember that.
