Yeah, same here. I've been pretty active on Tumblr going on 2 years now, and while I've seen some wank (though never more than on any other site), I have never seen anyone demonstrate that frothing at the mouth, harrassing, trigger-temper attitude that's so often bemoaned here.

(I'm not saying it doesn't exist; Tumblr is huge. But it's certainly not THAT widespread, even when you're in fandom.)

I also don't really find it that hard to communicate. I've made friends there, and I've had some really nice convos through fan-mail, comments and asks.
