People who call, I tell them they have the wrong number, and call again anyway.

When it's a dialed number, I've called the wrong number twice because it takes two tries to realize I didn't hit a wrong button, the number I had given to me was wrong.

Maybe anon means when they confirm the correct number numerous times, and still get called and/or argued with? Because that's happened to me before.

^ What the above anon said, and also, I have a hard time reading numbers and sometimes get them reversed.

I've had people argue with me on the phone at work. Seriously, I work here. I know for a fact that we are not a shoe store.

What those above said, not to mention that if someone's written the wrong number down for you of course you're going to call the same one again because you assume it's the right number and you just misdialed.
