I'm actually pretty curious as to who told you it would be gross in the first place. Like...did your parents tell there's completely different tap water in the kitchen and bathroom or something? Why?

since it's a communal bathroom (one per hallway) and it's really disgusting in general, I guess I just see it in a skewed light. idk.
