I can't narrow it down to just one, so I'm going to list my favorites by generation (which isn't that easy, either).

Gen 1: Meowth, because cute and Pay Day.
Gen 2: Wooper, because cute.
Gen 3: Gulpin, see above.
Gen 4: Floatzel, because it's a water weasel and also cute.
Gen 5: Chandelure, because they're tough and cool-looking.
Gen 6: Sylveon, because OH GOD SO CUTE. Also, they can really wreck skulls and that just makes me happy.
