This is proof that multi-crossovers DO sometimes work. I'm not even familiar with all the fandoms, but it doesn't matter because everything fits so perfectly into the story. Unlike most AU fic of things originally aimed at children, it sticks to the spirit of the source material and doesn't try to make it GRIMDARK; Pippi is perfectly in-character (that's the second time in this paragraph I've used the word "perfectly", but I think it's an apt description).

Also, it's short enough that it doesn't take a long time to read, but not so short that it leaves the reader unsatisfied.

And it gives me warm fuzzies. That's a very important factor.
