Book one STARTED well, that's the part that sucks. It had serious potential! The battle scene at the end of episode six is still one of my favourite battle scenes ever, it had moments that was really getting into stuff, like the curfew round-up where it looked like characters were going to get some development...

And then, over the last few episodes, it steadily crashed. Some good moments in there, yes, but it went downhill pretty sharply, and I was already feeling very dubious about it by Endgame. And not just for the love triangle - I was incredibly displeased with how they handled the main plot. "Oh, Amon has been discredited! Guess those non-benders can just go back to being systematically discriminated again!"

It was just that book 2 started bad and got worse that made me finally stop watching.
