Oh, man, I really like that too. For me:

* I really like when the POV character spends some time talking about the other character's body and noticing things like freckles and scars and moles. I feel like a lot of writers breeze over that kind of thing in fic.

* Kissing places other than the mouth and neck such as someone's torso, thighs, arms, etc.

* When a girl or guy is riding a guy's dick and they finish themselves off while doing it. Similarly, when a guy or girl is giving a blowjob, and they're touching themselves while doing it.
