Of course an image search is not going to tell you the whole history of Sami people, their cultures, languages and troubles throughout that history, but I don't think the OP is stupid because they only looked up some pictures. Their point was not to learn all there is to know about the Sami people, and why should it be? The issue that was being discussed was lack of "people of color" in a movie which made it sound like Sami were "people of color" (ie non-white), which a simple google search reveals not to be true - in the American social justice language, Sami would probably not be "people of color", at least superficially speaking.

Looks like, much like me, you're from a Scandinavian country. Congrats! You're being really judgmental here, though. What the hell do you expect? Somebody to write a dissertation on the Sami people before making a secret?
