There will be fanfic of it, trust me.

(Come to think of it, wasn't the LOTR fandom's big "seriously, you don't want to read this, so let's all talk about it and basically dare each other to read it" fic something about being gangraped by orcs? I think it was called Celebrian.)

Celebrian was Elrond's wife, who had already sailed west by the time of LotR. I think there was some fanon that the reason she left was that she'd been attacked by orcs. Or maybe the attack was canon and the fanon was the gang rape bit.

It's the latter. She was making the crossing of the Misty Mountains (since her mother, Galadriel, lived on the other side) and got captured. Canon says she was "injured", with no real detail of what that involved.

Some fics that take that more at face value say that she was either suffering from PTSD serious enough to threaten her life (remembering that Elves can seriously give up on life and flee to Mandos (die) due to back psychological trauma), or she was poisoned.

The "Celebrían" badfic took it to the total (badly written) smut extreme, and Celebrían didn't sail, she became the Goblin Queen who fucks anyone and everyone.
