I think Magneto's actually been redeemed several times. It's confusing and I have no idea where he stands in the comics right now.

He's on Cyclops team? I vote irredeemably evil then. Guilty on the count of aiding the most boring character to ever feature in comics. A crime worthy of execution, which means no appearances for three whole issues (well two and one appearance as a Skrull infiltrator).
