2.) Pay off my parents' debts
3.) Pay for my brother's education
4.) Donate some to various charities and political causes
5.) Set some aside for a rainy day
As for anything else, it would depend on how much I won. If it's only around $1 million or less, I'd invest whatever's left to save up for travelling, one day. If it's from there to about $2-4 million, I'd use it to support myself enough to be able to write and publish some books or something, or use it as a long-term sideline to a regular career, and/or invest some for my parents so they could retire sooner. If it's like $5 million or over, I'd probably splurge a wee bit, then use the rest to start my own political campaign/career in politics. If there is enough extra, I'd give it to my parents so they'd never have to work again. *shrugs*
