They moved on to minor clipping issues that exist in every CGI movie

And yet I haven't seen anyone point out any CURRENT CGI/digital animation movie that as that kind of basic mistakes.

I know I saw at least one post pointing out an error from Wreck-it Ralph, which was last year but still fairly current and which was quite positively received from what I can tell.
