Not as far as I can tell? (though i admit i am not an expert and don't read a lot of it)

it's mostly a breeding kink thing. authors that was to write female characters as "alphas" need to give them some way to, uh, fertilize their partner? so they get dicks. usually in addition to vaginas, i think. and male omegas have dicks and then like...vaginas in their asses. it's weird.
