Frozen is one of my favorite Disney movies, but I think Lilo & Stitch did better in this area. There were more than two named female characters, and they were more realistically proportioned, more racially diverse, etc. Frozen treats its female characters better in merchandising, though, I'll give you that.

I guess the alien Councillor is a woman, too.
