My issues are two-fold:

They spent the first episode of the season making it a big deal over whether she did or not (and making it all about Sherlock--which is kind of theme for this season... ~_~ ), and seemed to have pretty clearly said no, it didn't happen Then in "The Marchioness", we find out she had. And it was so... out of nowhere (esp after ep 1) that I honestly feel like they changed their minds about it between episodes.

At the end of... that one episode, I don't recall the name... we see that Mycroft has some plan. If we find out that Mycroft slept with Joan for that reason, I'm gonna be pissed.

If they'd at least acted really attracted to each other in the season premire, I could have let these slide, but as it is, it's just kind of irritating and sloppy-looking.

idk, to me it looked like they were attracted to each other but downplaying it 'cause they knew Sherlock would be a little shit about it (which he was) ymmv ofc!
