ROFL no I am not your Mummy, lynx -- when I get like that, I sleep to get away from it. Not so healthy, I am afraid. :-(

Ahaha, it's ok, Nonny. It was just a joke ;3 I've done it too... but I'm afraid I've kind of. Overdone it, this week. The sleeping pills won't last the month they're supposed to last if I keep up like this ^^;;;

Considering I'm avoiding 2m of blowing snow and -20C temperatures, I at least have a good excuse? (So I tell myself.) The upside is, my insomnia hasn't struck at all this winter...but that is NOT a good thing....Bleh. I would prefer the insomnia. Sometimes. I used to get week-long bouts of it when I was younger, but being fanatical about my sleep hygiene has improved it immeasurably. So has getting older....

Are you not supposed to see a Dr. if you take sleeping pills for more than 7 days? Best of luck to you!

Given the nature of our comments I am tempted to respond to the offer of a hug like the kids with the gas mask faces from Doctor Who, LOL. Would you settle for a Sims "Bro Hug" instead?

Oh wow O_O That's damn cold and you're buried in snow. I don't think that's an excuse, it's more like a... a really good reason. But I'm glad you haven't had insomnia. I've had week-long bouts of it and it's not nice. I have felt like on the verge of doing a Tyler Durden.

I've been taking klonopin the last three years because I have a sleep disorder >>;; Also, the anxiety. So when those two team up, it's kind of awful. Thanks for the good wishes!.

BLOWING snow. I don't mind being buried, because you can always dig out, right (as long as it doesn't KEEP snowing which it did today ugh) but it's when it's just light and fluffy enough that it reduces visibility to literally zero, that yeah, it's better to burrow up.

I've had insomnia all my life, so it's something I'm used to? I don't have anxiety with it, though (not the crippling kind, anyway, but I have naturally low BP, so I have come to the conclusion I physically can't get anxious LOL) Though I am an advocate/living proof that the "sleep hygiene" theory works, for insomnia...but like anything, you get out what you put into it. I'm sure you've had a hundred thousand people tell you that already, though.

You totally can have naturally low BP and GAD. I have since childhood.
