I think Adventure Time has got LOK beat.

PB freaking inhales the scent of Marcelines old shirt and has a picture of her taped IN HER CLOSET.

There was the episode where finn kissed a frog prince because he was helping bro out.

BMO and a Bubble fall in love and want to get married, though I guess they're both genderless.

Don't forget the creepier undertones to the Lemongrabs' relationship, esp. in light of their latest episode.
I don't think Adventure Time has proper LGBT representation *yet*, but PB/Marceline must be the closest thing there is to it in an American "kids" show. And I do think they will eventually make it canon.

I came here to basically say this.

I think if any "children's" cartoon comes out publically with a homosexual relationship in this age, it will be Adventure Time.
They definitely seem like the type that would be down with that.
