Secret 7 - Frozen (animated film)

[Picture is Elsa from the CGI animated film "Frozen" summoning ice in the shape of snowflakes and swirls. She has light skin, long blond hair done in an elaborate braided hairstyle and is wearing a tiara and princess-y outfit. She looks pleased.]

In my opinion it was just an okay film overall, but I haven't been this moved by a scene in years. Her pure relief and joy made me cry.
