I don't necessarily find him attractive per se, and it may be nothing more than the fact that his silence makes him look really thoughtful and dignified by comparison to Jay constantly shooting his mouth off, but I've always just sorta LIKED Bob.

It's not just his silence that makes him dignified and thoughtful, it holds up when he actually talks - definitely in Clerks. I mean, the advice he gives Dante is pretty sage.
