Ugh, that is my absolute least favorite. I adore really cutesy, innocent femslash because it's nice to see after all the homophobes acting like gay people are inherently more sexual than straight people.

My counter to that is always "She's what, eleven? That's how old I was when I first started consciously noticing girls' bodies (and yes, thinking about having sex with them), reading femslash on the internet and trying to get my hands on any information about being gay. And even before that I was gay, I just didn't really understand it or have the words to express what I felt."

but I don't usually get into it because I know their "arguments" will shortly devolve into hate speech
