I think it's any of all of those things, but... I would never say someone who "just likes something" is in fandom, because to me, doing all those other things is way more than just liking something. Fandom is when you're so obsessed with something, you call your fandom friends at six in the morning because of something fandomy that happened. And there should be some sort of activity - conventions, fanart, even just messageboard/LJ discussions. It all comes together, but not all of those things have to be done.

Does that make sense?
